BUF 4153 - Entrepreneurial Finance3 Credit Hour(s) This course is designed to acquaint students with various elements involved in financing the entrepreneurial venture including startup and early stage financial development. This course focuses on key challenges facing entrepreneurs, including developing the financial plan, analyzing alternative sources of financing, determining necessary levels of capital, as well as appropriate valuation techniques to venture capital. It will also address structuring of financing, early stage contracts, and exit decisions, using case studies and analysis.
