HHP 1111 - Introduction to Rowing

This course is an introduction to rowing. The course will teach participants the skills necessary to be proficient in a rowing shell. The course exposes the basic aspects of the sport of rowing. Included in the course instruction are the basics of the rowing stroke, ergometers, stretching for rowing, rowing history, and on-the-water work.
