APL 3013 - Culture, Technology, and the Future of Humanity

3 Credit Hour(s)

Students will study the worldview issues related to advanced technology (e.g., Artificial Intelligence, transhumanism, social media, etc.), how technology influences daily life in contemporary society and culture, and how both relate to human flourishing, especially spiritual formation into the image of Jesus. Emphasis will be placed on the creative relevance of apologetics to these issues as a bridge between culture and the gospel.
