HHP 3013 - Clinical Exercise for Special Populations3 Credit Hour(s) This course is designed to provide an overview of the pathophysiology associated with various chronic diseases and disorders, with emphasis on cancer, cardiopulmonary disease and diabetes. Exercise program planning and implementation, utilizing evidence-based practice, will be reviewed. An overview of the effects of pharmacological agents on exercise performance is included within the course content.
Prerequisite: HHP 2063 Prerequisite or Corequisite: HHP 3263 , HHP 3233 ;
