HHP 2323 - Leisure and Society3 Credit Hour(s) This course provides students with a board understanding of the evolution leisure values, behaviors, and services as well as contemporary issues and trends. Students will learn about the history and philosophy of recreation and leisure in an international context, and the role of organized leisure in American communities, and the changing social, economic, political and environmental context leisure and its ties to the maturing fields of sport and tourism.
