PLS 3253 - Principles of International Law3 Credit Hour(s) This course explores the foundational principles and sources of public international law and reviews the most prominent International Relations theories. This course deals with the relationships between sovereign states and explores a set of core areas in world politics where IL and ER intersect, such as war, intervention by force, human rights, and enforcement of criminal law.
