ORL 1013 - Foundations in Leadership

This course examines the foundational components of Christian leadership. Learners will: (a) explore their spiritual formation as a leader, (b) examine the traits, characteristics, and actions of leaders, and (c) create their own leadership development plan that reflects best practices in leadership and is consistent with who they are, thus creating a plan that reflects their authentic leadership self.

Prerequisite: A declared concentration in Leadership
