An intensive overview of legal issues and case law as it relates to the digital media professional. This course will discuss legal concepts involving performance and creative releases, waivers, licensing, copyright and fair use, errors and omissions, free speech and press, libel, defamation, privacy, indecency, obscenity, and commercial speech.
