BUS 1001 - Business Fundamentals1 Credit Hour(s) This course serves as an introduction to the world of business, including the various disciplines in the business curriculum, as well as the behaviors and character traits that the individual should develop in order to be successful in the field. In addition to introducing the traditional business disciplines, such as accounting, finance, marketing, and management, and understanding their role in the business enterprise, this course will emphasize skills and traits like honesty, integrity, humility, communication, teamwork, time management, productivity, and professionalism, and outline the expectations of the Rinker School of Business and the business community in these areas.
