ECO 3703 - La Economia De Mercado Y El Desarro

This course provides students with basic economic concepts and principles to help them assess and recognize the valuable role of free enterprise and the market economy in the development of Latin America. Students will compare different economic systems and identify opportunities and obstacles for economic development of Latin America. Students will assess the role of the market, different economic agents, and governmental policies in the economic development process.

Note: This course is only offered in the Global Leadership in Spanish program. It will not be offered in English and it does not satisfy the Faith, Roots, and Reason program requirements for students in any other programs.
