EGN 4023 - Microelectronics

A study of diodes, BJT and MOS transistors, and other semiconductor devices. Topics to be covered include transistors in basic amplifier circuits, AC equivalent circuit models, frequency response, single and multi-state amplifiers, differential power and feedback amplifiers, oscillators and analog building blocks. The course will also look at CMOS circuits; including filters, oscillators, and phase-locked loops.
