LOB 2003 - Leadership Styles

What is your leadership style? In other words, what is the approach you use to influence others toward shared objectives and goals? Throughout this course students will explore various leadership styles and the underlying theories that inform them, gaining practical insights for application. The course also delves into the progression of leadership thought, encouraging critical evaluation of the strengths and limitations of leadership theories in light of contemporary challenges. Moreover, students will identify areas where leadership styles align with biblical concepts and principles, providing a comprehensive view of leadership.
