LOB 3013 - Ethics & Moral Reasoning3 Credit Hour(s) In today’s complex and rapidly changing world, leaders encounter a multitude of ethical challenges arising from technological advancements, cultural shifts, and ideological diversity. This course delves into the complexities of moral development, ethics and moral reasoning, equipping students with the knowledge and critical thinking skills needed to navigate these challenges effectively. Students will examine the foundations of ethical theory, the underpinnings of Christian worldview, and the acquisition of moral guidelines. Through this approach, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of how to approach and resolve complex ethical dilemmas in modern leadership contexts.
