LOB 3023 - Organizational & Management Behavior3 Credit Hour(s) This course provides a comprehensive understanding of organizational behavior and management. Students will explore the fundamental nature of organizations, their structures, and the dynamics that shape their behavior. Emphasis will be placed on examining management practices, decision-making processes, and the factors influencing individual and group behavior within organizations. Through case studies and practical examples, students will develop insights into effective management strategies and the skills required to lead and navigate complex organizational environments.
