LOB 3033 - Systems Thinking & Change Management

This course provides an in-depth exploration of systems thinking and change management theories and practices within organizations contexts. Students will develop a comprehensive understanding of how systems thinking can be applied to analyze complex organizational issues and drive effective change initiatives. Through case studies, discussions, and practical exercises, students will learn to identify systemic patterns, leverage feedback loops, and manage the dynamics of change within organizations. The course will cover topics such as organizational learning, resistance to change, stakeholder engagement, and the role of leadership in driving successful change initiatives. By the end of the course, students will have the knowledge and skills to critically assess organizational systems, diagnose change needs, and design and implement change strategies that align with organizational goals and values.
