LOB 4023 - Leadership in a Globalized World3 Credit Hour(s) This course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of leadership principles and practices in the context of a rapidly evolving global landscape. Students will explore the challenges and opportunities of leading in diverse cultural, economic, and social environments, emphasizing the development of cultural intelligence skills for navigating cultural diversity and fostering inclusive leadership practices. This course prepares students to be adaptive and culturally aware leaders capable of thriving in today’s interconnected global environment.
