This course aims to provide students with the knowledge, skills and perspectives necessary to effectively lead and develop high-performing teams within organizational settings. Through an exploration of followership, group dynamics, and the social psychology of team formation, development, and performance, students will gain insights into the factors that contribute to successful team functioning. The course will emphasize practical strategies for building and managing teams, fostering collaboration, and leveraging individual strengths to achieve collective goals.
