This course is designed to provide students with a holistic understanding of how behavioral science principles can be applied to enhance organizational effectiveness in the digital era. Students will examine organizations as a whole, with an emphasis on improving organizational design, communication, culture, and employee development in highly dispersed and technologically advanced work environments. Students will gain insights into the complexities of organizational dynamics, exploring organizational intervention and diagnosis techniques.
