LOB 4073 - Leadership & Organizational Behavior Capstone

The Capstone course is the culminating experience of the Leadership & Organizational Behavior program. In this course, students will integrate their knowledge and skills acquired throughout the program into an applied project that addresses real-world challenges in leadership and organizational behavior. Additionally, students will develop their personal leadership philosophy, rooted in a Christian worldview, to refine their values, mission, and approach to leadership and teamwork.
