People matter most in organizations. In this course students will gain a comprehensive understanding of human capital management including the attracting, developing, and retaining of fully engaged team members. Students will learn about the importance of job role, clarity, and fit as well as goal setting, performance management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion excellence. Students will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to design and implement effective strategies for optimizing human potential within organizations.
