MLS 2013 - Introduction to Christian Ministry

This course explores introductory knowledge, skills, and character for Christian ministry, such as the call to ministry, the ability to adapt and minister effectively in culturally diverse settings, and the history and impact of hermeneutics. Students will gain insight into multiple factors contributing to a solid ministry foundation. Additionally, students are introduced to the relationships between the disciplines within theological education.
Note: In a student’s educational plan, this course is best taken during the freshman year.
