In conjunction with earning a bachelor’s degree, the Leadership minor provides the opportunity to complete the courses necessary to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead oneself and others and tackle organizational challenges. The minor also enables professionals to serve more effectively in the workplace, family, community, and multicultural environments.
Students should anticipate spreading the coursework for this minor over two academic years.

Required Leadership Courses - 9 Credit Hours

ORL 1013 - Foundations in Leadership (West Palm Beach Campus (Day) students only) or
MLS 2413 - Principles of Christian Leadership
LOB 2003 - Leadership Styles
LOB 3023 - Organizational & Management Behavior

Choose 3 additional upper-level Leadership and Organizational Behavior (LOB) courses (9 Credit Hours)
